True to keep His word
Did you know that every word that God speaks is a promise that He keeps.
There is a verse from a song by Charity Gayle called [ I Believe ] the lyrics in this song is really good. I’m going to quote the third verse
Jesus, You're for me
Holding me steady (every word)
Every word You speak
Is a promise that You keep
And it’s so true every word that God speaks is a promise that He keeps.
“so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” [Isaiah 55:11 NIV]
Gods word is a promise, when He says He is going to do something, He will do it!
Promise meaning — a declaration or assurance that one will do a particular thing or that a particular thing will happen.
When God said, “let there be light”, there was light. What He spoke happened.
When Jesus said, “who the son sets free is free indeed “ John 8:36 That is a promise! When Jesus sets you free you are free.
When Jesus said, “peace I leave you, peace I give you “ [John 14:27] that is a promise!
Now it’s up to you and I if we believe and receive theses promises!
It’s up to us to trust in Him, to trust that His word is true and faithful!
He is so very Good and all through history He has proven Himself to be faithful and true to keep His word.
Don’t let the enemy rob you of Gods promises, don’t let the devil trick you into thinking that God does not make promise or that He does not keep His word.
Don’t listen to the lie or the enemy that says
God does not love you or you can never be free God never promised that.
This is your reminder that Every word that God speaks is a promise that He keeps!
He is so very good! He keeps His word!
He will never let you down!
