Listen to His plea

This is a somewhat of a poem I wrote

I call out to you  

                  but you do not answer.

I plead to you to follow Me [God], 

         but you insist on going your own way. 

If only you would come to Me.

You’re  searching aimlessly for something in this world, but nothing this world offers you will satisfy. 

You are only given dying offers, everything in this life will pass away 

[perish].

Oh how I [God] wish you would follow Me [ just stop running in circles] just stop and look around, I put [warning] signs in the skies and on the earth.  

Even the animals point to Me.

If only you would turn away from sin,  And I would come to you.  

I would rescue you and save you 

                      I would give you life 

                                   True life! 

What the world gives will die [perish] 

but  what I offer will last forever 

No one can take away what 

[ I have given ] I give! 

I give you life! Oh My children won’t you          just turn your attention toward Me 

                    And I will satisfy you  

I will protect you and defend you,                           

I will crush the enemy of your soul,

                          I will free you. 

So stop running to the world 

                  stop sinning, it is only hurting you causing confusion and disorder.  

Nothing the enemy offers will last 

             it will be burned in the fire.

I am the only way to life! 

                The only one that truly satisfies your soul and all your needs.

Gods word is a light to our path and a lamp to our feet. It is so important to read and spend time with Him. So I encourage you to go read your Bible and fill your mind with His teachings and thoughts. To refresh your mind and soul to give life to your body, He is our maker after all. He is our power source so we should stay fully charged by staying connected to Him.
